The blue balloons represent all the random thoughts that drift in and out, bumping into each other for no apparent reason. Then there’s that tiny red knot - the one thought, memory, or feeling that suddenly matters more than the rest. We can’t control everything that appears in our heads, but we can choose what we give our energy to, and that choice quietly shapes who we become."
